Kim Kardashian's lawyer has denied the existence of a second sex tape involving the reality star and her ex-boyfriend Ray J.

During a recent appearance on Bootleg Kev’s podcast, Ray's former manager Wack 100 claimed he's in possession of a "part two" of the exes' infamous sex tape. However, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum's attorney, Marty Singer, shot down Wack's claims and suggested he was desperate for attention.

"The claim that there is an unreleased sex tape is unequivocally false," Singer told Page Six in a statement Sunday. "It is unfortunate that people make these statements to try and get their 15 minutes of fame."

Wack claimed that the alleged second sex tape was "more graphic and better than" the one that was released in 2007. Wack also alleged that he offered it to Kardashian's estranged husband, Kanye West, 44, so the rapper could sell it as an NFT.

"I would never give it to anybody but Kanye," he said. "That’s the mother of his children."

Wack went on to claim that he would probably "gift" the tape to either West or Ray, 40, because both are fathers.

"We can’t put that out there in the world like that," Wack said. "That’s disrespectful."

However, he did not offer up the tape to Kardashian, 40, Page Six noted. A spokesperson for Ray did not respond to the outlet's request for comment on Wack's claims.

Kardashian credited the success of her family's reality show to her sex tape with Ray.

"Looking back, probably not," she told host Andy Cohen during the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reunion earlier this summer when asked if the show would be as popular without the sex tape.

Kardashian and Ray made the tape using a handheld camcorder while they were in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, for her 23rd birthday in 2002. The video was released by Vivid Entertainment as "Kim Kardashian, Superstar" five years later.

In a 2018 episode of "KUWTK," she revealed that she took ecstasy before they filmed the video.

"I got married on ecstasy the first time," Kardashian said as quoted by CNN. "I did ecstasy once and I got married."

She continued, "I did it again. I made a sex tape. Like, everything bad would happen."

Kardashian, then 38, added that she's since changed and calmed down. "I definitely went through a wild phase, I would say in my late teens," she said. "I'm not like that anymore. But I still have fun. Don't get it twisted. I'm always the life of the party."

Kardashian married music producer Damon Thomas in 2000, and they divorced in 2004. She married Kris Humphries in 2011, but their marriage only lasted 72 days. The KKW Beauty founder married Kanye West in 2014 but filed for divorce in February.
