Kim Zolciak-Biermann has been very vocal about the fact that she's had plastic surgery and now she's showing off the fruits of her -- or her doctors' -- labor. The star of Bravo's "Don't Be Tardy" took to Instagram Wednesday to share a sexy selfie with the world, praising her plastic surgeons.

As first reported by E! Online, Kim, 37, shared a mirror selfie wearing nothing but a sleek, black, one-piece bathing suit with her 1.7 million followers. Though her attire was just slightly out of season for December in Atlanta, Kim's post wasn't about heading to the beach or soaking up the sun. Instead, she took the time to discuss a recent procedure she had done after undergoing surgery to have a tummy tuck and fix a hernia, which took place during the delivery of her twins.

The mother of six revealed in the photo caption that she'd gone to surgeon and cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Simon Ourian about minimizing her already small scar left over from her surgeries performed by "The Real Housewives of Miami" star and surgeon Dr. Leonard Hochstein, who she gushed about online. Kim says she and Dr. Ourian decided on laser treatment. She now says her surgery scar is barely visible.

While Kim has made is no secret that she's had work done on many areas of her body, her most recent surgery was not elective. On Oct. 27, the reality star underwent heart surgery to repair a pre-existing genetic condition. Prior to her surgery Kim explained the condition to E! News, telling the outlet that she had a blood clot which moved from her leg or her pelvis to her heart. She added that she had an unclosed valve in her heart that needed to be closed to prevent further problems.

On Sept. 23, Kim suffered a mini-stroke, or trans ischemic attack (TIA), after landing back in Atlanta from Los Angeles where she was practicing a routine for ABC's "Dancing With the Stars." The TIA left her unable to perform in week 3 of the show, which lead to her dismissal. After being eliminated she requested fans to reach out to the network on social media, asking them to allow her and her partner Tony Dovolani to come back. She even went as far as asking fans to sign a petition. Ultimately, she was not given the opportunity to come back as a contestant.
