There is an added bonus for those who work in Kourtney Kardashian’s new venture Poosh. The reality TV star has been trying some of the products offered by her company herself, and she recently shared a video of her team members getting to try some butt exercises from an expert trainer.

P.volve founder Stephen Pasterino, the man behind the p.ball, helped train the Poosh team members. In a video that was released online, the trainer can be seen teaching Kardashian’s team members exercises to help lift their butt and sculpt their core.

The workout routine involves four exercises that only look easy to do in the video. The first move is the squeeze and press that involves squeezing a ball in between the legs after lying down and raising the legs. The second move is the open and close movement that should be done in the same lying down position. The third move is the step and reach, while the fourth is the step back and pull. The Poosh team members used a p.band and a p.ball to do these exercises.

According to the Poosh website, people who do these exercise should be able to see results in just two weeks. The team members who did the routine felt the “burn in all the right areas” in a matter of minutes.

P.volve has an online streaming platform that people can use while they exercise, even if it is in the privacy of their homes. The only things that are needed are the p.ball and the p.band, which are sold on the Poosh website for $60 and $30, respectively.

Poosh sells a wide range of products in the health and wellness sector. Kardashian is currently promoting her collagen products, some of which she appears to have tried herself. In a recent Instagram post, the reality TV star can be seen in her bed with a pink moon milk collagen latte, which includes melatonin for a deep sleep and magnesium to create a sense of calm.
