The media exhibition of the Kardashian-Jenner clan starkly juxtaposes the relatively private life of Kendall Jenner, who's the second-youngest in the family.

The supermodel's decision to keep her lovers away from the show was recently touched upon by Farnaz Farjam, the executive producer of the reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

Speaking with Bravo TV's The Daily Dish podcast Monday, Farjam explained that when it comes to dating, the 25-year-old model "had a rule" -- she would not allow any of her boyfriends to appear on the reality show without dating him for at least one year.

"So that's why we kind of kept her personal life out of it, just because she had a rule," Farjam added.

"I feel like Kylie (Jenner) became more participatory this last season towards the end, and Kendall has dipped in and out," Farjam said. "But they were at an age ... like, if you think about when you're a young adult coming into adulthood, I think you sometimes care a lot more what the outside world has to say about you."

Farjam further explained that Kylie shared her relationship with rapper Tyga on the show for "quite a bit." The executive producer also noted that Kylie went on to date Travis Scott but he "didn't really want to participate."

Meanwhile, Kendall was romantically linked to professional basketball players Blake Griffin and Ben Simmons. She was also linked to English singer Harry Styles.

On last Valentine's Day, the model made her relationship with Phoenix Suns basketball player Devin Booker Instagram official.

A source told US Weekly in March regarding their relationship that the new lovers "care about one another immensely, but it’s not like they will be getting engaged any time soon." The source further said, the couple "likes the pace at which things are going at the moment and has no plans to elevate things so quickly."

Another source told People, "This is the happiest Kendall has ever been in a relationship. She and Devin started out slowly, but have dated for about a year now."

The reality show's finale episode aired last Thursday on E! The reunion special hosted by Andy Cohen will air in two parts: Thursday (June 17) and the second part on Sunday (June 20).
