"Vanderpump Rules" star Lala Kent has been open about her parenthood journey, and she recently shared what she considers the "scariest part" when it comes to taking care of her little one.

On Sunday, the 30-year-old model shared a snap on Instagram of herself clipping her newborn daughter Ocean's fingernails. In the snap, she is focused on her task while her little girl, whom she shares with fiancé Randall Emmett, is sound asleep.

"The scariest part of motherhood," Kent wrote in the caption.

Apparently, other parents can relate to Kent. A number of her friends and followers commented on the post saying they are also not comfortable doing it to their kids for fear that they might accidentally hurt their child.

"I couldn't do it until recently, I would just ask the nanny to do it lol. I have never been so scared in my life to do something," Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi commented.

"So scary.... I can’t even be in the room," Jax Taylor added.

Some suggested other tips and tricks they've learned, including using a scissor or file or biting the baby's fingernails.

"Use manicure scissors on small babies - GAME CHANGER! A nurse told me for my second and I wish I knew when I had my first baby!!" one suggested.

"You need an automatic nail file! No tears and I still use it into the toddler years," another added.

"Bite her nails Mom. It’s safer and easier," a third user wrote.

"I was so scared the nail clippers would cut I just chewed them off like a savage mother," a fourth user added with a laughing emoji.

"They have an electric one on Amazon. Works wonders," another said.

"I agree with a lot of the mamas on here! Get the electric file on Amazon! It helped ease my anxiety so much!" another commented.

Kent announced in September 2020 that she and her fiancé were expecting a baby together.

"I’m like shaking right now, because I can’t believe it’s a real-life thing," she was quoted by Us Weekly as saying during a "Give Them Lala … With Randall" podcast episode. "I'm really emotional."

Kent and Emmett welcomed their baby girl in March. The Bravo star announced it on Instagram by sharing a snap of herself still in a hospital bed as she held her newborn and held her little hands.

"Ocean Kent Emmett," she wrote in the caption, announcing their baby's name.
