Khloe Kardashian's husband, Lamar Odom, reportedly wants to reach out to the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star after her split from Tristan Thompson.

Kardashian recently ended her relationship with the Thompson for good after the Cleveland Cavaliers player cheated on her with Kylie Jenner's best friend, Jordyn Woods. Following their split, her ex-husband, whom she officially divorced in 2016, apparently wants to show his support for the reality star. A source told People that Odom still cares about Khloe and hates seeing her hurt by someone she loved.

“Lamar has always cared about Khloé, he still has love for her and he hates that she’s been hurt again,” a source told People.

“He has a lot of regret over how he acted in their marriage," the insider continued. "And he feels awful that she is going through more pain. He wants to reach out to her and give her his love and support."

Kardashian and Odom tied the knot in 2009 but had a roller coaster relationship in the years of their marriage. After two divorce filings, they finally ended things permanently three years ago.

Since their split, Kardashian continues to show her support for Odom, including the time the former Los Angeles Lakers player had a near-fatal overdose in October 2015.

Odom previously opened up about how he felt after seeing Kardashian by his side when he woke up at the hospital after his overdose. “That was big,” he told Kevin Hart in his sports-themed interview series, "Cold as Balls."

Kardashian and Odom never got back together, but the basketball player has expressed his happiness over his ex finding love after she had daughter True with Thompson. He told "Access" in February last year that the reality star deserved all the happiness in the world. He added that he knows Kardashian would definitely be a good mother.

Aside from Odom, Khloe has also been getting a lot of love and support from her family and best friends following Thompson's affair with Woods. Just recently, Khloe's sister, Kim Kardashian, and best friend Malika Haqq took her on a "girls' trip." They also posted a video on Instagram Stories, though Kim later deleted it, where they seemed to throw shade at Woods.
