Lauren Conrad and William Tell are officially parents.

Conrad, 31, and Tell, 37, confirmed that they just welcomed their firstborn. On Wednesday afternoon, the “Laguna Beach” alum delivered a healthy baby boy. “We are thrilled to share that we welcomed our son Liam James Tell into our family,” the couple told People. “Mom, Dad and baby are doing well. We’re already in love!”

Conrad also shared the good news on her Instagram. She shared a photo of the cross-stitch embroidery she has been working on, a picture of a happy family with two dogs, where the mom is carrying a little baby. “He’s here! We’re so excited to welcome Liam James Tell into the world!” she wrote in the caption.

Liam, who was born weighing 6 pounds and 14 ounces, is Conrad and Tell’s first baby together. “The Hills” star first announced her pregnancy last New Year by sharing a photo of her ultrasound via Instagram. “Happy New Year! I have a feeling 2017 is going to be the best year yet,” she wrote in the caption. Since then, Conrad has been ready and excited for parenthood.

In June, the fashion designer and best-selling author told People her expectations about being a first-time mom. “I see our lives changing,” Conrad said. “I think you don’t know until you’re there. I have very nice friends who are attempting to prepare me, but everybody does it differently. It’s going to be a lot less sleep, so that’ll be an adjustment, but we’re excited.”

Although Conrad has been prepping herself for fewer hours of sleep, she explained that she and her husband were lucky to have received a lot of support from their family. Both of their families were only 20 minutes away, so they know that they could ask for help if they need it.

Conrad added that she was very excited to be a mom. She felt that her relationship with her baby had built up over the months she carried him.

Aside from welcoming the new addition to their family, the first-time mom is also quite busy with her businesses. Conrad is the founder of Paper Crown and LC Lauren Conrad for Kohl. However, she confirmed that she would be taking a maternity leave for a couple of weeks. She planned to have a two-week blackout where she won’t be receiving any emails. She has great business partners in all of her companies and was hoping that they would be flexible during this time.
