Almost the entire field for the next event in the LIV Golf Invitational Series has been revealed. The new rival to the PGA Tour has announced 45 of the 48 players that will compete in the upcoming tournament near Portland, Oregon.

The second LIV Golf event is scheduled for June 30 through July 2 at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club. Eight players ranked in the top 40 in the world golf rankings are set to compete for their share of $25 million in prize money.

No. 16 Dustin Johnson is the highest-ranked player in the upcoming LIV Golf field. No. 19 Brooks Koepka is the best player who will be making his LIV Golf debut in Portland. It was reported that Koepka left the PGA Tour just a few days after the U.S. Open.

LIV Golf announced Tuesday that it signed Abraham Ancer. While not a household name, Ancer is ranked 20th in the world and finished ninth at the PGA Championship.

No. 30 Bryson DeChambeau and No. 39 Patrick Reed will also make their LIV Golf debuts at the end of the month.

Charl Schwartzel won the inaugural LIV Golf event and $4.75 million at Centurion Golf Club near London on June 11. Schwartzel will try to win a second straight LIV Golf tournament next week.

No. 23 Louis Oosthuizen is back after a 10th-place finish on June 11. No. 34 Kevin Na finished near the bottom of the leaderboard in the first LIV Golf tournament. No. 39 Taylor Gooch will be at Pumpkin Ridge after a ninth-place finish in the first event.

Phil Mickelson and Sergio Garcia are in the upcoming LIV Golf field. Other notable names include Ian Poulter, Lee Westwood and Richard Bland.

The final three players in the field for the next LIV Golf tournament will be announced soon.
