The Microsoft Lumia 950 flagship smartphone that was announced in October 2015 is now available with a discount of $100. The unlocked smartphone can be purchased with the new price cut through Microsoft Store.

On Microsoft Store, the Lumia 950 is now listed with a price tag of $449. The smartphone was launched last year with a pricing of $549.

By using the Lumia Offers app on the Lumia 950 or 950 XL smartphone, buyers can also take advantage of the free one-year subscription of Office 365 Personal. On B&H Photo, the unlocked Lumia 950 is now selling for $499.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 is one of the first smartphones to come preinstalled with Windows 10 Mobile OS. It is packed with a 5.2-inch AMOLED screen that supports Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels along with a pixel density of 564 ppi. The display is shielded by Gorilla Glass 3.

The Lumia 950 is fueled by Snapdragon 808 chipset that houses a hexa-core processor that clocks at 1.84 GHz and Adreno 418 graphics. The chipset is coupled with 3 GB of RAM. The Lumia 950 comes in only one native storage edition of 32 GB. For more storage, users can make use of the memory card slot that supports up to 200 GB of microSD card.

It features a 20-megapixel rear camera that is equipped with features like OIS and triple LED flash. The front-facing camera is of 5-megapixel. It is also blessed with advanced features like iris scanner, USB Type-C, and Continuum Display Dock. It is packed with a 3000 mAh removable battery that carries support for wireless and fast charging.
