Filming of the “Star Wars” live action TV series has been ongoing for a while. According to Murphysmultiverse, a website that has shared accurate details about Marvel movies, Taikia Waititi is involved with the show once again. The actor leant his voice to the droid character IG-11, but it is not clear in what capacity he is returning for Season 2.

Fans who watched the first season know that IG-11 died. It remains to be seen if there is a way to bring the droid back from death. It is also possible that Waititi could be voicing another character this time around.

Waititi also directed the finale, and according to the rumor he may helm an episode in “The Mandalorian” Season 2. The other possibility is that he may be working as a producer.
