In recent months, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have certainly opted to shake things up and do things their own ways. From assembling the first all-female team of senior advisers to splitting from The Royal Foundation, not only have the choices they have made been bold, but they have also been accompanied by a certain level of chaos and uncertainty. Due to this, it has been reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been relying on Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, in a trusted advisory role.

According to Express, the members of the British royal family have come to see Doria as someone they can turn to in almost any situation, ranging from "staff issues to living arrangements."

The intense reliance on the LA-based Doria may be due to the fact that an insider revealed that the Sussexes have had a difficult time bringing people into their inner circle, as they are said to trust "very, very few people even in their own respective families."

Due to the access that Meghan's mother has had to the inner ongoings of the royal family, the source also shared that Doria has her fingerprints "all over several major decisions the Duke and Duchess have made in recent months," adding that it was in actuality the matriarch who additionally opted to fire one of the three nannies that baby Archie Harrison previously had.
