Meghan Markle will be inviting her parents to her royal wedding.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that Prince Harry's fiancée wants her parents to be involved in her royal wedding. In fact, the "Suits" actress wants her father, Thomas Markle, to walk her down the aisle.

"Meghan asked her father to walk her down the aisle," the source told ET. "She does want him included and she wants to uphold tradition."

Aside from inviting her dad, Markle's mom is expected to have a significant role in the event too. Markle and her mom maintain a good relationship.

In September, Markle invited her mother to the closing ceremony of Invictus Games in Toronto. In the said event, the mother and daughter were photographed with Prince Harry, the patron of the event. The trio was all-smiled and looked relax together.

Markle considered her mom as one of the women who changed her life. The "Dater's Handbook" actress is impressed with Radlan, a yoga instructor.

Prince Harry's fiancée described her mom as "nurturing" and "caregiving." At the same time, she does social working and is a "free spirit." Markle added that Radlan has dread locks and a nose ring. She also runs the LA Marathon and they can have "so much fun together."

"We can just have so much fun together, and yet, I'll still find so much solace in her support," Markle told Glamour about her mom. "That duality coexists the same way it would in a best friend."

Meanwhile, only little is known about Markle's dad, a retired lighting director. However, he is reportedly happy about his daughter's royal romance with Prince Harry.

"Tom will call sometimes so I know how he's doing. He's happy his daughter is with Prince Harry and he's glad she's found love. He never expected this. He was expecting a quiet retirement in Mexico," Allison Leber, 43, who lives in the same block as Tom, told Daily Mail. "Now he could be walking his daughter down the aisle at Westminster Abbey. He's astonished at it, but he's happy as long as Meghan is happy."

Markle's estranged sister, Samantha Grant, has already expressed her interest to witness the next royal wedding. She also denied their beef and claimed that she was just misquoted by tabloids. However, it remains unknown if she will be invited.

"Samantha is a wild card," the source told ET while acknowledging that Markle and Grant have had a "strained" relationship in the past. "She has no filter and she's not afraid of the repercussions of speaking her mind."
