Meghan Markle will officially relocate to London this month, but it’s not solely because of her boyfriend, Prince Harry.

According to the Daily Mail, the actress will be leaving USA Network’s hit series, “Suits,” to focus on humanitarian work in England. There are also some reports suggesting that Markle will set up her own foundation that will center on providing help to women in need.

“It was always her intention to focus on her humanitarian work, and her relationship with Prince Harry has merely accelerated things,” the source said.

Last month, royal expert Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight that the actress will most likely move to London after she finishes filming for “Suits” as Rachel Zane.

“I am told by my sources that Meghan is likely to be moving to London as November. She’s not signing up for another season of ‘Suits.’ She’s planning to leave Canada and make London her new, permanent home. There’s a lot of talk about where exactly they’ll live,” she said.

At present, Prince Harry is still residing at Nottingham Cottage, which is located in the Kensington Palace grounds. His three-bedroom property may or may not be occupied by Markle when she moves to London.

But Nicholl believes that it’s possible for Markle to indeed move into the Kensington Palace. “In fact, she already keeps a wardrobe of clothes at Harry’s house over in Kensington Palace and she’s going to be spending all of her time and over here from now on,” she said.

Meanwhile, Markle and Prince Harry are rumored to announce their engagement in the coming months. Nicholl is predicting that it will be done sometime in January. “I think particularly with royal engagements, it really is all about the timing. You have to remember there are other engagements and events coming up in the royal calendar that an engagement simply couldn’t clash with. I think that the New Year is probably a more realistic prospect for an engagement announcement,” she said.

Markle and Prince Harry started dating earlier this year, but it was only recently that they confirmed it to the public.
