Microsoft is seemingly positioning the Surface Headphones 2+ as a device ready for the enterprise. As such, the product will only be available to commercial customers. Unlike the previous Surface Headphones iterations, the upcoming model would be certified for Microsoft Teams. The tech titan apparently gave up on Bluetooth connectivity and instead went for a USB dongle.

This device reportedly allows the Surface Headphones 2+ to connect to a PC wirelessly. The company is also rumored to sell earmuffs separately to the customers who need them. Moreover, the Surface Headphones 2+ might only be available in a Black color variant.

Microsoft's over-ear noise-canceling Surface Headphones 2 were released in 2020 with a $250 price tag. It costs $100 less than its predecessor, CNET had reported. So far, we don't know how much the Surface Headphones 2+ would retail. It might be available between $200 and $350, but that is just speculation for now

While these details are interesting, it is worth noting they are not official, due to which fans should temper their expectations and take this latest information about the Microsoft Surface Headphones 2+ and Surface Spring 2021 event with a pinch of salt.
