The Mlais MX Base is the next iteration from the rising Chinese firm that has already rolled out the Mlais M7, Mlais M4 Note and Mlais M52 Red Note. Mlais is going to start flash sale of the device from July 1 with a price tag of $99.

According to Mlais, the MX Base handset will be available on flash sale from July 1 at 6 PM GMT+8. The promotional offer will expire on July 10. Compared to all the previously launched Mlais smartphones, the Mlais MX is a smaller device that features a 5 inches display. The M7, M4 Note and M52 Red Note all come with 5.5 inches display.

The Mlais MX Base will come with a thickness of 9.9 mm. The 5 inches display of the device supports HF resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. The pixel density of the display is not known yet. Like all the previous Mlais smartphones, this one features a MediaTek chipset.

The MT6735 chipset houses a quad-core processor that clocks at 1.3 GHz. It is accompanied by 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage available on the device is 16 GB and on its external storage, users can add up to 64 GB of microSD. It will come preinstalled with Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The Mlais MX Base houses an 8 MP camera on its back side whereas the front-facing camera is of 5 MP. Since it is a dual SIM device, one of the SIM slot supports a microSIM whereas as the second SIM slot supports a normal-sized SIM card.

It offers various kinds of connectivity features such as Bluetooth 4.0, 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, aGPS, and GLONASS. The handset comes in white, black and blue.

The best feature of the Mlais MX Base is the 4,300 mAh battery. It offers support for 5V-1000 mA fast charging.

The device has remote control support through the infrared sensor present on the device. It can be used in controlling various electrical home appliances such as TV, AC and more.
