'My Hero Academia' Chapter 364: Bakugou's Resurrection, Aghpar's Heartfelt Speech [Spoilers]

All For One has left Bakugou in a terrible state and the latest leaks, spoilers, and raw scans of "My Hero Academia" Chapter 364 reveal the heroes' desperate efforts to revive him.

The chapter is titled "What Makes You Use Your Power" and starts with a flashback sequence of the doctor explaining the bullets Shigaraki stole from the Hassaikai were made using a person's quirk. The bullets also confirm the Quirks Doomsday Theory.

The doctor then went on to research ways to extract it. All these details were stored in a recording left at the facility and All For One collected it before leaving Tartarus.

"My Hero Academia" Chapter 364 shows All For One completely restored, stating that Endeavor should be proud he made use of this risky technique. Meanwhile, All For One reveals that his final play would be using the Rewind quirk because his body will ultimately disappear.

However, the villain is not bothered because he knows the next generation is ready and the baton is passed to Shigaraki. All he needs to do is wipe out as many heroes as possible.

The scene cuts to Washington D.C. and General Aghpar is shown talking to the president. Aghpar states that they need to end Shigaraki. Meanwhile, outside there are people protesting and destroying public property while holding signs that say, "We are All For One."

The president states that the U.S. is also in danger and that the Quirk Research Centers have confirmed that Shigaraki is unkillable. He thinks that world leaders will now fight for winning Shigaraki's trust. Aghpar attempts to argue but the president tells him that they tried everything but failed.

At this point, Aghpar is furious as he announces he cannot let that monster exist in their future. Aghpar then shows a picture of little Star and asks the president why she chose death.

Toward the end of his speech, Aghpar stated that heroes use their powers for the sake of the future. The scene changes to U.A. and Edgeshot is seen explaining that he already has experience of entering inside people's bodies.

Edgeshot proceeds to extend thin parts of his body onto Bakugou's chest. Toward the end of the chapter, Edgeshot declares he will be Bakugou's heart.
