We believe a congratulations is in order! On Tuesday, Feb. 24, Naya Rivera announced that she and her husband Ryan Dorsey are expecting their first child. The “Glee” alum revealed the exciting news on Instagram with an adorable post.

“Bun in the oven!” the cartoon photo of bread baking said. “XO. The Dorseys.” The 28-year-old actress later released a statement regarding the growth of her family on her website:

“Surprise! We’re having a baby! Ryan and I feel so blessed and can’t wait to welcome the newest member of our family,” she wrote, adding a sweet photo of her and Dorsey as children.

In July 2014, Naya secretly tied the knot to Dorsey in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, just three months after she called off her engagement to her former beau, rapper Big Sean. What sparked their quickie marriage? According to People magazine, Naya and Dorsey had known each other for quite some time after meeting in L.A. nearly four years ago.

"They were friends for a long time," a source told Us Weekly. "It turned into love!"

But that’s not all we know about Naya’s soon-to-be baby daddy. The 31-year-old West Virginia native is also an actor who has appeared in TV shows like “Justified,” “Parks and Recreation,” “Shameless” and “The Mentalist.” But it appears Dorsey’s next gig will also be his biggest. He’ll appear in the 2015 film “Blood Father,” starring opposite Mel Gibson, William. H. Macy and Elisabeth Rohm.

Not only is Dorsey talented, but he’s also easy on the eyes! The Chesapeake native was dubbed Cosmopolitan’s West Virginia Bachelor in 2011. The friend who nominated Dorsey told Cosmo that, “If you are having a bad day, being with Ryan will turn your mood around.”

Dorsey then dished to the magazine what kind of woman turns him on. "I'd love it if a girl asked me out or made the first hookup move,” he admitted, connecting the dots to why he had fallen for the strong-willed actress.

Naya’s husband even added during his interview with Cosmo that he loves when women wear “leggings or tights.” Guess he found the yoga pants-donning woman of his dreams!
