The 2018 NFL season isn’t even a month old, but there are some key games on the Week 4 schedule that could play an important role when the playoffs are finally decided. Five of the 16 upcoming contests are divisional matchups, and three of them feature betting lines of three points or less.

The largest point spread of the divisional matchups comes in the game between the Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots. According to the early betting odds, the first-place Dolphins are getting a touchdown in their visit to Gillette Stadium. New England’s slow start could really become an issue with a loss Sunday since it would put them three games out of first place.

“Sunday Night Football” and “Monday Night Football” feature two of the NFL’s best rivalries. The Baltimore Ravens are three-point underdogs against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Sunday’s last game. The Kansas City Chiefs are up to five-point road favorites in Monday’s contest against the Denver Broncos. Denver would move into first place with an upset of Patrick Mahomes and the undefeated Chiefs.

Despite being one of the NFL’s three winless teams, the Houston Texans are only 1.5-point underdogs in their visit to Indianapolis. The Seattle Seahawks are road favorites against the winless Arizona Cardinals, who will start rookie quarterback Josh Rosen over Sam Bradford for the first time this season.

Jimmy Garoppolo’s season-ending injury has forced oddsmakers to make the San Francisco 49ers the biggest underdogs of Week 4. They are getting 10.5 points on the road against the Los Angeles Chargers.

After pulling off a monumental upset as 17-point underdogs in Week 3, the Buffalo Bills are double-digit underdogs against the Green Bay Packers. The Minnesota Vikings will be back on the field four days after losing to Buffalo, and the betting line for their game with the Los Angeles Rams could be up to a touchdown by the time “Thursday Night Football” kicks off.

Kansas City and Denver have the week’s highest total. The over/under for the New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars is the week’s lowest total at 38.

Below are the available betting lines for all the Week 4 games, including the point spreads and totals. These are the consensus odds from multiple sportsbooks in Las Vegas and online, via OddsShark.
