The league’s best quarterbacks will best be tested by top defenses in Week 14 as Lamar Jackson visits Buffalo and Patrick Mahomes plays in New England. Ryan Tannehill is one of the NFL’s hottest quarterbacks, and he could keep rolling when the Tennessee Titans take on a struggling defense Sunday.

Below are the five best over/under picks in Week 14 of the 2019 NFL season with the latest betting odds at Las Vegas and online sportsbooks. Game totals are courtesy of OddsShark.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Buffalo Bills Over 44

Lamar Jackson should have another big game in the midst of a likely MVP season. Buffalo’s defense isn’t quite as good as San Francisco's, which held Baltimore to 20 points in Week 13. The Bills are susceptible to the run, and the combination of Jackson and Mark Ingram has been virtually unstoppable on the ground. Buffalo’s offense has played pretty well since the start of November. The Bills are scoring 24.6 points per game over the last five weeks with Josh Allen totaling 12 touchdowns and one interception during that stretch.

Indianapolis Colts vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Over 47

No team plays in more high-scoring games than the Bucs, who rank fourth in scoring offense with 28.3 points per game and 30th in scoring defense with 28.8 points allowed per game. Week 13 ended Tampa Bay’s nine-game streak of playing in games with more than 50 points scored. Jameis Winston is averaging 329.3 passing yards over his last 10 games. Marlon Mack is practicing, potentially giving a boost to a struggling Colts’ offense.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Arizona Cardinals Under 43.5

Between their dominant defense and poor quarterback play, Pittsburgh keeps competing in low-scoring games. The last four Steelers’ games have all featured 33 points or fewer. James Conner won’t play and JuJu Smith-Schuster could be out again as well. Kyler Murray has thrown for fewer than 164 yards in two straight contests. The rookie will struggle against a defense that’s held opposing signal callers to an 82.4 passer rating.

Tennessee Titans vs. Oakland Raiders Over 47.5

Tennessee’s offense is rolling with Ryan Tannehill under center, averaging 29.7 points per game in his six starts. The quarterback is averaging two touchdown passes and over 9.0 yards per attempt as a starter. Derrick Henry is averaging 107.2 rushing yards in those contests. There have been at least 48 total points scored in each of the Titans’ last five games. Tennessee is first in red zone touchdown percentage and Oakland ranks dead last when it comes to stopping teams in the red zone. The Raiders are 28th in scoring defense and seventh in yards per play.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. New England Patriots Under 49

There’s no more disputing that the Patriots have a real problem on offense. Tom Brady was visibly frustrated multiple times last week because his receivers couldn’t get open. A lack of explosive playmakers has led to New England’s offense averaging 18.4 points over the last five games. With Patrick Mahomes on the opposite sideline and Kansas City’s pass defense playing well, look for the Patriots to run the ball plenty as they try to keep the reigning MVP off the field. New England still has the league’s No.1 scoring defense.
