Week 15 could feature a bunch of fun, high-scoring games. Jameis Winston, Russell Wilson and Ryan Tannehill are all set to put up big numbers against some of the NFL’s worst defenses.

Below are the five best over/under picks in Week 15 of the 2019 NFL season with the latest betting odds at Las Vegas and online sportsbooks. Game totals are courtesy of OddsShark.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Detroit Lions Over 46

It almost makes sense to blindly bet the over in Tampa Bay games at this point. The total has gone under in just three of the Buccaneers’ 13 games. David Blough led the Lions to 20 points in his first start, so he can certainly put up decent numbers against a team that’s given up at least 27 points in 10 of the last 11 contests. The Buccaneers are third in the NFL with 29.1 points per game. With 316.5 passing yards per game, 26 touchdowns and 23 interceptions, Jameis Winston will make sure that points are scored one way or another.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Carolina Panthers Over 49.5

Russell Wilson should have a big bounce-back game after his MVP chances seemingly disappeared with a poor Week 14 performance. Seattle is sixth in the NFL in scoring with the NFC’s best quarterback, and Carolina can’t seem to stop anyone these days. While losing six of their last seven games, the Panthers have given up an average of 32.4 points. Four straight opponents have scored at least 29 points against the Panthers. Without Mychal Kendricks and Jadeveon Clowney, the Seahawks’ 26th-ranked defense might not look much better.

Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans Over 51.5

Tennessee should put up a ton of points in this key AFC South matchup. Houston is 25th in scoring defense and 27th in opponents’ yards per play after giving up 38 points to Denver. The Titans are scoring 31.4 points per game in Ryan Tannehill’s seven starts. The quarterback leads the NFL with a 118.5 passer rating and 9.8 yards per attempt. With Deshaun Watson on the opposite sideline, this could be the most exciting game in Week 15.

Los Angeles Rams vs. Dallas Cowboys Under 48.5

The Rams are still in the playoff hunt because their defense has been one of the league’s best. After beating Seattle last week, Los Angeles has surrendered no more than 12 points of offense in six of the last seven games. Dallas continues to struggle against good defenses, averaging 16 points during its three-game losing streak to New England, Buffalo and Chicago. Dak Prescott and Jared Goff have thrown 25 combined interceptions this season.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Oakland Raiders Over 46.5

Just about any offense can find success against these two terrible defenses. Both teams rank in the bottom-five in opponents’ yards per play. Jacksonville is giving up an average of 34.8 points during its five-game losing streak. Oakland has given up an average of 38.7 points during its three-game losing streak. Only one of the Raiders’ last 12 opponents has scored fewer than 20 points. Running back Josh Jacobs expects to play, giving a boost to an Oakland offense that was among the league’s best before the team’s recent skid.
