Week 4 of the 2019 NFL preseason marks the final slate of games before there is finally meaningful football on the schedule. Every team will play their final exhibition contest Thursday night, hoping to avoid any more injuries before the start of the regular season.

Few starters will see the field Thursday, creating similar betting lines across the board. Twelve of the 16 games feature point spreads with the home team favored by between two and four points, though there are a few outliers.

The Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers are both favored by at least a field goal on the road. The Baltimore Ravens are laying six points in Washington, having gone undefeated in their last 16 preseason games. The Dallas Cowboys are favored by five points at home over the Tennessee Titans.
