Seven games in Week 3 of the 2019 NFL season feature an over/under of 44 points or fewer. Only one total is north of 50. Two primetime games are projected to be the lowest-scoring games on the schedule.

Below are the five best over/under picks in Week 3 with the latest betting odds at Las Vegas and online sportsbooks. Game totals are courtesy of OddsShark.

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Buffalo Bills Under 44

The Bengals have totaled 37 points this season, and they’ve scored no more than 21 points in five straight Andy Dalton starts. The Bills gave up fewer than 17 points in two straight road wins against bad teams. Cincinnati is the worst team in the AFC North. Buffalo has only scored 45 points on the season. They’ll control the clock with their rushing attack and win a relatively low-scoring game.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Kansas City Chiefs Over 52

These two teams combined to score 51 points when they met at Arrowhead Stadium last year. Including the playoffs, the Chiefs have scored at least 26 points in 20 straight games. Patrick Mahomes might be even better than he was in his 2018 MVP campaign, and Baltimore’s defense has taken a step back after losing a few key players in free agency. Lamar Jackson might not continue to lead the league in passer rating for much longer, but he can lead the Ravens’ offense to a big day in Kansas City.

Miami Dolphins vs. Dallas Cowboys Over 47

Dallas’ offense is for real. After scoring over 30 points in each of their first two games, the Cowboys should be utterly dominant at home against the NFL’s worst team. Miami has given up at least 43 points in each contest. If the Dolphins even score one touchdown, it could be enough to push the final score over the total. Dallas has given up a garbage-time touchdown in both of their wins.

Detroit Lions vs. Philadelphia Eagles Under 45.5

The Eagles only scored 20 points last week against a mediocre Atlanta Falcons’ defense when Alshon Jeffery and Desean Jackson missed most of the game with injuries. Philadelphia's top two receivers will likely be sidelined again, this time against an underrated Detroit defense. Only seven teams have given up fewer points in regulation than the Lions. If you take away their meltdown in the fourth quarter of Week 1, Detroit has surrendered 16 total points.

Chicago Bears vs. Washington Redskins Under 41

Bet the under on every Chicago total that is 40 or higher until further notice. The Bears’ offense looks like it’s going to struggle all season long with Mitchell Trubisky at the helm. Chicago has scored 19 points on the season with no passing touchdowns. Seven straight Bears’ games have featured no more than 41 points. Case Keenum is in trouble against what might still be the NFL’s best defense.
