NFL 2019 Week 4 Lines: Point Spreads, Betting Odds From Las Vegas, Online Sportsbooks

Seven undefeated teams are on the schedule in Week 4 of the 2019 NFL season. All three road teams that don’t have a loss are projected to remain perfect through the first month of the year, according to the early betting odds..

The New England Patriots are seven-point road favorites against the Buffalo Bills in an AFC East matchup of 3-0 teams. The unbeaten Kansas City Chiefs are laying 6.5 points in their road game with the Detroit Lions, who own the NFL’s only 2-0-1 record.

After meeting in last season’s AFC Championship Game, the Patriots and Chiefs are still the two best teams in the conference. Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes have combined to throw for 17 touchdown passes and no interceptions.

Without Drew Brees, the New Orleans Saints are getting nearly a field goal at home against the Dallas Cowboys on “Sunday Night Football.” Dallas is making a case to be considered the NFC’s best team, though their 3-0 record has come against teams that have one combined win through three weeks.

The Los Angeles Rams are 3-0 after representing the NFC in February’s Super Bowl. L.A. is the second-biggest favorite in Week 4, laying 10 points at home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Los Angeles’ other team is the biggest Week 4 favorite. The Chargers are laying 16 points on the road against the Miami Dolphins. Miami is 0-3 against the spread, having lost every game by at least 25 points.

The 3-0 Green Bay Packers are favored by four points over the Philadelphia Eagles Thursday night. The Pittsburgh Steelers are favored by four points over the Cincinnati Bengals Monday night as the two AFC North rivals both search for their first win of the season.
