The Arizona Cardinals and New York Giants will face off Sunday, both ranking in the bottom five in total defense. The Baltimore Ravens and Seattle Seahawks both have top-five offenses ahead of their Week 7 meeting. The top NFC North teams could be headed for low-scoring games this weekend.

Below are the five best over/under picks in Week 7 with the latest betting odds at Las Vegas and online sportsbooks. Game totals are courtesy of OddsShark.

Arizona Cardinals vs. New York Giants Over 50.5

The Cardinals and Giants rank in the bottom-six of the league in both yards and points allowed. Arizona’s offense is starting to click with 60 total points during its two-game winning streak. New York has given up at least 28 points to each opponent with the exception of Washington. Kyler Murray will pick on an awful Giants’ secondary. Daniel Jones will have his best game since his first start now that Saquon Barkley, Evan Engram and Sterling Shepard should all be in the lineup.

Minnesota Vikings vs. Detroit Lions Under 44

Minnesota hasn’t given up more than 21 points in any game. Only the Chiefs have scored more than 24 points in regulation against Detroit. The Lions held Patrick Mahomes to his worst passer rating of the season. Even after facing Mahomes, Carson Wentz, Philip Rivers and Aaron Rodgers, Detroit ranks seventh in opponents’ passer rating. That doesn’t bode well for Kirk Cousins, who has played poorly against the two good pass defenses—Green Bay and Chicago—that he’s faced.

Miami Dolphins vs. Buffalo Bills Under 41

The Dolphins scored a season-high 16 points against the Redskins in Week 6, totaling more than 10 points for the first time in 2019. Considering the Bills have held every opponent to 17 points or fewer, Miami might be lucky to reach double digits. Buffalo hasn’t scored 30 points in a game yet. The Bills will probably jump out to an early lead and coast for the remainder of the game. The under has hit in every Buffalo game in 2019.

Oakland Raiders vs. Green Bay Packers Under 47

It’s Green Bay’s defense—not Aaron Rodgers and the offense—that has the Packers in first place. The team will have to win with defense again in Week 7 with Davante Adams and Geronimo Allison both unlikely to play. Rodgers has thrown for 300 yards once this season. Oakland’s offense hasn’t produced more than 24 points in any game. Derek Carr has been held below 260 passing yards each week.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Seattle Seahawks Over 49

The total might be well above 50 if it weren’t for the great defenses both teams have had in recent seasons. Despite relatively weak schedules, Baltimore is 30th in opponents’ yards per play and Seattle ranks 25th. The Ravens are now led by their offense, ranking fourth in yards per play. The Seahawks are not far behind at No.7 in the NFL, and they’ve got the MVP favorite in Russell Wilson.
