Seven teams are undefeated through two weeks of the 2021 NFL season. It’s no surprise that the defending champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers haven’t lost, but a few 2-0 teams have played much better than expected.

The Las Vegas Raiders, Denver Broncos, Carolina Panthers, Arizona Cardinals, and San Francisco 49ers are all unbeaten after missing last year’s playoffs. The early Week 3 betting odds suggest that could remain the case through the end of September.

Carolina is a heavy road favorite in the first game on the Week 3 schedule. The Panthers are laying a touchdown in Houston, following their 26-7 drubbing of the New Orleans Saints. The Texans will probably be forced to start quarterback Davis Mills in place of the injured Tyrod Taylor.

Denver is the only double-digit favorite in Week 3, laying 10.5 points against the visiting New York Jets. The Broncos have started the season with two road wins. The 0-2 Jets have scored 20 total points behind Zach Wilson’s five interceptions.

Las Vegas has pulled off two upsets to start the season. The Raiders are favored at home against the Miami Dolphins, who could be without Tua Tagovailoa. Miami’s quarterback left the team’s 35-0 loss against the Buffalo Bills with a rib injury.

The Bills, Cardinals, and Cleveland Browns are all favored by more than a touchdown.

Tampa Bay is a slight underdog in the marquee game of Week 3. The Bucs are visiting the undefeated Los Angeles Rams. Dating back to last season, the Super Bowl champs have scored at least 30 points in every game of their nine-game winning streak.

San Francisco is given the edge over the Green Bay Packers Sunday night. With Green Bay and Detroit set to conclude the Week 2 schedule Monday night, there is not yet an available line for the Week 3 matchup between Detroit and the Baltimore Ravens.
