A few teams that are coming off bad losses in Week 2 are candidates to be upset in Week 3. The Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Chargers are all 1-1 to start the 2022 NFL season while dealing with issues at quarterback.

Here are the best upset picks and their odds for Week 3.

Pittsburgh Steelers (+170) at Cleveland Browns [DraftKings Sportsbook]

The odds for Thursday night's game in Cleveland have moved towards the Browns, despite the team being upset by the Jets in Week 2. The Steelers are coming off a poor effort, as well, only scoring 14 points in a loss to the Patriots. On a short week, Thursday has all the makings of a close, ugly AFC north battle, making Pittsburgh a value bet at +170.

The Browns are going to play a lot of close games with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback. Brissett has thrown for a total of just 376 yards over two games. Pittsburgh's run defense has been improved to start the season, ranking 10th in opponents' yards per carry. If the Steelers can jump out to a lead, Brissett and the Browns could have difficulty making a comeback.

Carolina Panthers (+132) at New Orleans Saints [FanDuel Sportsbook]

After losing a pair of games by five points combined, the Panthers might find their way into the win column for the first time this season. Carolina returns home to host a New Orleans offense that has struggled mightily in seven of its eight quarters. Outside of the fourth quarter in their Week 1 comeback win over the Falcons, the Saints have scored 20 points. Jameis Winston has four fractures in his back, according to Fox Sports' Jay Glazer, that have clearly affected his performance.

Winston had three interceptions in a 20-10 loss against Tampa Bay, and most of his 236 passing yards came during garbage time. Even when Winston was healthy in 2021, he went 11-of-22 for 111 yards and two interceptions in a 26-7 loss in Carolina. The Panthers are giving up 150 passing yards per game.

Jacksonville Jaguars (+275) at Los Angeles Chargers [FanDuel Sportsbook]

Here's another opportunity for a quarterback injury to result in an upset. The Chargers are heavy favorites in Week 3. Justin Herbert is dealing with fractured rib cartilage. Herbert might play, but there's a chance he could be forced to sit. If Herbert is on the field, there's reason to believe he won't look like the quarterback that has put up big numbers since making his debut two years ago.

The injury cleared affected Herbert in the fourth quarter last week when he simply gave up on a play instead of running for an easy first down. The Jaguars are good enough to take advantage of subpar quarterback play. Jacksonville shut out Matt Ryan and the Colts in Week 2. The Jaguars are tied for the league-high with five interceptions, and they rank in the top 10 with six sacks. Trevor Lawrence had a career-high 121.5 passer rating in Week 2.
