Nicki Minaj could be after another “Love & Hip Hop” star and it’s none other than Cardi B. The “No Frauds” hitmaker just took to social media her distaste for the latter’s craft, so fans are expecting Minaj to get into another public fight with a female hip hop artist after Remy Ma.

On Wednesday, Cardi B got some attention online after a video of her early morning display of sick bars and cutthroat rhymes became viral. On Instagram, Cardi B simply captioned the clip with a simple “wake up message.” But it’s a different story on Twitter when she somehow alluded that Minaj can’t do rap like the way she does. Of course, the reality TV actress knew better than to call out Meek Mill’s ex directly, so she just altered a derogatory term and turned it into “NIkka” — which is similar sounding to Minaj’s real name, Onika.

Cardi B uploaded the short video last Tuesday, and it quickly got a lot of attention online in a matter of hours. It wasn’t clear if the word “Nikka” or the unprecedented fame of the video irked Minaj, but the “Anaconda” rapper couldn’t help but subtly express her distaste for Cardi B online. Safaree Samuels’ former girlfriend was apparently caught liking a negative comment on Cardi B’s video.

While Minaj’s liked comment is nowhere to be found on Cardi B’s feed anymore, MediaTakeOut reports that there could really be tension between the two female rappers. In a radio interview she did back in January, Cardi B revealed that a female rapper shaded her on a red carpet. At the time, Cardi B was mum about the identity of the artist. Now that Remy Ma’s brave enough to put out diss tracks and publicly throw shots at Minaj, however, it seems Cardi B has gotten the motivation she needs to also air out the Young Money artist’s dirty laundry.

Minaj has yet to comment on the issue, and it’s mostly because of her tight schedule these days. Aside from her newly released music video for her collab with Gucci Mane called “Make Love,” she’s also recently filmed the music video for her collaboration with David Guetta and Lil Wayne, entitled “Light My Body Up.” On top of these, she’s also working on a new song with 2 Chainz.
