Nikki Bella is giving an update on her wedding to fiancé Artem Chigvintsev and why they keep postponing their big day.

The "Total Bellas" star, who has been engaged to the Russian-born "Dancing With the Stars" pro since November 2019, told Entertainment Tonight that she can't wait to tie the knot with Chigvintsev.

But though the couple initially planned to tie the knot in the fall, Bella explained that it'll likely be another year before they become husband and wife.

"I think last year I said Thanksgiving, right? And I want to say next Thanksgiving," Bella, 38, said. "I can't believe it's been a year, but I really do want to get married. I mean, selfishly, I just want to have that, like, one big day about me. I can't wait for that and to wear that dress, but I do want to marry Artem."

Apparently, she promised Chigvintsev one thing for their wedding — that they would wait until his parents can travel from Russia to see them get married.

However, COVID-19 restrictions and the pandemic putting a pause on international visas have made this "impossible," forcing the couple to delay their wedding.

"The one promise I made him before we can plan is that his parents can attend, and with where the world's at right now and trying to get two Russian parents into the country, it's almost impossible," Bella continued. "So, the day I can get two visas is the day we will set our date and say, 'I do.'"

But while they may have had to push back their nuptials, the bride-to-be is not closing the door on the possibility of having baby no. 2 with Chigvintsev, 39. They are already parents to 1-year-old son Matteo.

"At the rate I'm going with never getting married, maybe, but this is what I told Artem, 'At 39, if I'm happy where I'm at in life, and with you and you're still in my life, I possibly will get pregnant, and let's try to have that baby before 40, but hey, if not, I'm sorry, she is closed,'" Bella added.

Bella and Chigvintsev met on "Dancing With the Stars" Season 25 in 2017, when the former WWE wrestler was paired with the dancer. They didn't win, finishing in seventh place in the competition, but they found love in each other.

They started dating months after Bella and John Cena called off their engagement following six years together. She and Cena briefly reconciled but decided to part ways for good in July 2018.

Bella and Chigvintsev announced their engagement in January 2020 and welcomed their son Matteo in July that year.
