The Raiders and Cardinals face off on Friday night as both teams look to win their first game of the 2012 NFL preseason.

The contest is set to get underway at 10 p.m. ET at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona. You can still watch the game if you don't live in the local TV markets. Click here to watch a free live stream online.

Both teams have struggled in the preseason. Oakland was shut out in its first game, and Arizona has already lost two contests.

Oakland had trouble moving the ball after the first series. Darren McFadden showed some signs that he is back to his old form, accumulating 38 combined rushing and receiving yards on the first few plays after the game. Once the running back went to the bench, the Raiders offense was unable to get anything done.

Terrelle Pryor and Matt Leinart took most of the snaps at quarterback, but were only able to complete short passes. The two combined for just 148 passing yards on 31 attempts. Pryor threw an interception and was sacked twice.

There was one bright spot on the offensive side for the Raiders, other than McFadden. Rookie Rod Streater led all wide receivers with six catches and 66 yards. He wasn't drafted, so he'll have to have another good performance to have a chance of making the squad.

Through two exhibition games, Kevin Kolb has yet to get things going. He hasn't played much, but only completed 2-9 passes and threw one interception. The quarterback was unable to stay healthy in 2011 and wasn't very productive when he was on the field. If he doesn't improve his play, John Skelton could take over as the starter.

Arizona will probably get one of its top running backs returning to the field. Ryan Williams is expected to return after missing last week's game. Beanie Wells is getting closer to taking the field, but will likely be out once again.

William Powell had a strong game in Williams and Well's absence, rushing for 92 yards on nine carries. He'll probably have to have a few more similar performances to get significant playing time during the regular season.

Prediction: The Cardinals are a little more in sync, having already played two games. The Raiders showed on Monday against the Cowboys that they have a lot of work to do on offense. Quarterback Carson Palmer will get more playing time, but it probably won't be enough to get them the victory.

Predicted Score: Arizona 21, Oakland 10
