President Barack Obama leads Mitt Romney by three points in Ohio in a poll released Wednesday evening from SurveyUSA, Talking Points Memo reports.

The automated poll was conducted Friday through Monday on behalf of Columbus NBC affiliate WCMH-TV – before Tuesday’s second debate, considered a comeback for Obama. It shows the president topping Romney among likely Ohio voters, 45 to 42 percent. Nine percent said they remain undecided. But among Ohioans who have already voted, Obama leads by a crushing 57 percent to 38 percent.

Obama led by only one point in SurveyUSA's previous poll of Ohio, conducted the first weekend of October, which was just after his disastrous first debate.
