Olivia Munn has opened up about how her life has changed since she gave birth to her son Malcolm four months ago.

The 41-year-old actress, who welcomed her baby with boyfriend John Mulaney in November 2021, posted a series of Instagram Stories early Tuesday morning to talk about her current reality as a mom.

On the first one, she wrote, "1.54 am. Postpartum life right now: everyone's asleep except me. Been wearing the same sweatshirt for three days (I think, maybe more?)."

"I'm pretty sure that's spit up on my shirt," she said about the Disney top she was wearing in the snaps with no pants. "I'm so so happy and at the same time I'm struggling (weird to feel both simultaneously yet so grateful to have all the happiness to keep me afloat)."

On the second one, she confirmed the stains on her top were indeed spit. She posted another Instagram Story afterward, in which she gave a shoutout to other moms. "Hi to the other moms up right now (and also eating late night cookies?)," she noted.

Munn spoke about postpartum anxiety earlier this month, admitting that her hips still felt wonky.

"My hips still feel wonky from pushing out a human being, my postpartum anxiety is still here (and horrible), but I got myself up and took my first capoeira lesson today," she captioned a selfie she shared via Instagram Stories on March 17. "Getting back to martial arts made me feel a little bit more like myself. Hope I can keep it up."

Before welcoming her son, the "Violet" star told Hoda Kotb on the "Today" show that though she was excited, she also had worries about becoming a parent. "I feel good. l feel scared. I feel nervous, and I'm excited. I feel every day the feelings are just rotating through," she said during the video chat.

Munn added that she was particularly overwhelmed by the number of boxes she had to open at the time, and she was concerned she would not be ready for the baby's arrival. "I just don't know how many of each item I need. Like, how many blankets does a baby need? I wish somebody could just tell me," she said.

Thankfully, she had social media to help her out, and she seems to be doing a rather fine job at being a mom to her little one.
