Hollywood’s top celebrities will be honored Wednesday night at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The 43rd annual People’s Choice Awards will celebrate the year that was in television, movies and music.

Actor and former host of “The Soup” Joel McHale will host the show, replacing actress Jane Lynch. Kristen Bell, Robert Downey Jr., Tom Hanks, Matt LeBlanc, Jennifer Lopez and Tyler Perry are just some of the celebrities that are expected to attend the event. Fifth Harmony and Blake Shelton are among the scheduled musical performances.

With categories ranging from favorite year-end blockbuster to favorite song, The People’s Choice Awards will include 64 total awards, which were the result of more than 125 million votes. Ellen DeGeneres has already been honored at the event 17 times in her career, and one more award would set a record. Degeneres is nominated for favorite animated movie voice, favorite daytime TV host and favorite comedic collaboration.

The movie with the most nominations is “Captain America: Civil War,” leading the way with seven nods. “Grey’s Anatomy” is up for five awards, leading all other TV shows. In music, both Drake and Rihanna have four nominations.

The 2017 People’s Choice Awards will be broadcast on CBS at 9 p.m. EST, and the show is scheduled to conclude at 11 p.m. EST. A live stream will be available online at the network’s official website.
