For the third Beijing International Polo Open Tournament, luxury watch-maker Piaget has been announced the official timekeeper of the event.

Beijing Polo Open Tournament has officially cooperated with World Polo Tour for the very first time, thus becoming the one and only top tier polo tournament in China which can register the international ranking points.

The event is organized at the foot of the twisted and splendid Great Wall Badaling Section, along with an assembly of famous polo players across the world.

The Piaget polo wristwatch collection comes in cases and bands delicately crafted together, interlaced with gloss and matte.

In the US, Piaget has not only sponsored USPA (United State Polo Association) Piaget Silver Cup but also become the title sponsor and official timekeeper of the century-old Santa Barbara Polo Club this year.

Prince William and Princess Kate were also invited to attend the foundation's polo activity where Prince William, Prince Harry, Piaget brand ambassador and first-rate polo player, Nic Roldan, and Melissa Ganzi took up the opportunity to compete in the game.

In addition, Piaget is in great support of promoting polo throughout China. As the Chinese elites improve their life quality, polo as an elegant international sport has become an essential part in the social and entertainment life for leaders from all walks of life.

Moreover, Piaget's ambassador to the world of polo, superstar sportsman Marcos Heguy, is also invited to the Beijing International Polo Open Tournament this year. His appearance has definitely become the top spot of this world-class polo tournament. Heguy represents the China Piaget team to compete in the 2011 Beijing Polo Tour.

As another highlight of the polo tournament this year, famous Chinese actress Huangyi also shows up as a huge fan of horse riding.
