A porn film starring Sylvester Stallone was sold for $412,000 , reports Variety. The 1970 movie called The Party at Kitty and Stud’s , later renamed as The Italian Stallion was auctioned by Bryanston Distributors on e-bay.

An unnamed buyer got the original 35mm negatives as well as worldwide rights to the film. President of Bryanston , Edward Perry, revealed that the prints were lost for some time . He told Variety that MGM tried to buy the film in 2009 but the deal fell through.

Sylvester Stallone, in an interview to the Playboy magazine in 1978 said that he made the movie for $200 as he was desperate for cash at the time. He said the makers of the film got in touch with him after Rocky was released and tried to sell the film to him for $100,000.

Sylvester soon moved on from his shady past and starred in a film by Woody Allen titled Bananas the next year. He acted in six more movies before he made Rocky, which shot him into top league. He had written the script which he sold on the condition that he gets a share of the profits and stars in the movie. The film was such a hit that it has spawned a mini-industry of its own with sequels.

The porn film in its present avatar is brutally edited with no real x-rated scenes. It is so badly chopped that it is difficult to follow the plot. The only positive is that it has a fabulous 24-year-old Sylvester looking young with no beefiness of his later movies.

At 64, Sylvester is still going strong with his latest film Expendables doing well and ready for a sequel.
