Gainers

Herman Miller Inc. (MLHR) stock jumped 11.80 percent to $18 in the after-market trading. Profit for the first quarter was $24.6 million or $0.42 per share, up from $16.1 million or $0.22 per share last year. Adjusted earnings were $0.42 per share, up from $0.23 per share last year. Sales grew 20.3 percent to $458.1 million. Analysts had expected profit of $0.32 per share on revenue of $444.7 million.

AuthenTec, Inc. (AUTH) stock grew 6.58 percent to $4.05 in the after-market trading.

MCG Capital Corp. (MCGC) stock gained 5.46 percent to $4.25 in the after-market trading.

Star Scientific, Inc. (CIGX) stock increased 5.19 percent to $3.04 in the after-market trading.

Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. (IESC) stock rose 4.59 percent to $2.05 in the after-market trading.

Losers
