Prince Harry is reportedly still holding a grudge against the royal family over the way that they treated his wife, Meghan Markle.

A source told In Touch Weekly that the Duke of Sussex is especially angry over how the royal family didn’t treat Markle like the rest of the family. And he’s not also pleased with the fact that they didn’t do everything that they can to protect his wife.

There are reports claiming that Queen Elizabeth invited Prince Harry and Markle back to the United Kingdom to attend the Commonwealth Day celebration. But the source revealed that the Duke of Sussex is not excited at the prospect of seeing his relatives back home.

But the Queen is still hopeful that Prince Harry and Markle would set their issues with Prince William, Kate Middleton, and the other royals for the sake of the important occasion.

As of late, Prince Harry and Markle haven’t confirmed their attendance at the Commonwealth Day event. And some royal experts are convinced that the couple won’t return to London just to reunite with the royal family.

Prince Harry and Markle have been living a quiet life in Canada with their 10-month-old son, Archie. Last month, the royal couple announced their decision to quit The Firm.

Meanwhile, Markle also made headlines this week after she was accused of copying Eleanor Roosevelt’s speech on International Women’s Day in 2015. In Roosevelt’s speech years ago, the ex-FLOTUS mentioned certain words that might have resonated with Markle. However, Express is still convinced that the Duchess of Sussex intentionally plagiarized the late first lady’s speech.

“It isn’t enough to talk about peace. One must believe in it. And it isn’t enough to believe in it. One must work at it,” Roosevelt said.

“It isn’t enough to simply talk about equality. One must believe it. And it isn’t enough to believe in it. One must work at it. Let us work at it together, starting now,” Markle said.
