  • Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will reportedly travel to Los Angeles with Archie
  • The Sussexes could be reuniting with Doria Ragland soon
  • Meghan Markle is not as close to her mom contrary to previous reports

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just wrapped up their royal duties, and their upcoming plans with their 10-month-old son, Archie, have just been unveiled.

According to Closer Weekly, the royal couple will be picking up Archie from Canada before they all travel to Los Angeles to spend time with the Duchess of Sussex’s mom, Doria Ragland. The latter is working as a yoga instructor in the United States.

A source claimed that Ragland is looking forward to meeting her grandson, who she has not seen in months. The insider went on to say that Ragland is well aware that her daughter had been miserable in London and she only wants what’s best for her even if this means breaking the rules.

However, it is highly unlikely that the claims of the tabloid are correct. Ragland has been living a private citizen and she has not given any interview about her daughter or her grandson. As such, her real thoughts about Megxit and Archie remain unknown.

Another source previously told Us Weekly that Ragland is not really that close to her only daughter. Even though they appeared to show a united front at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s royal wedding in 2018, they don’t communicate regularly.

In fact, the source said that relocating to Canada to be with the Sussexes has never crossed Ragland’s mind.

“She is currently giving private yoga lessons to a select few clients. Doria would only see Meghan once or twice a year while filming ‘Suits’ in Toronto. Meghan isn’t as close to her mom as is known,” the source said.

Meanwhile, it is also unlikely for Prince Harry and Markle to be traveling to another country with their young son due to the deadly coronavirus outbreak. Princess Diana’s former protection officer, Ken Wharfe, also said that Archie is at a great security risk so it is advised that he stays home in Canada.
