Kate Middleton and Prince William's royal wedding happened eight years ago, and the two have been together for even longer. However, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's relationship remains just as loving and sweet as ever.

Middleton and Prince William rarely show public displays of affection like Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle, but that doesn't mean the couple's chemistry has disappeared over the years of their marriage. Whether it's sharing a laugh or William placing a loving arm around his wife's waist, the couple, who are parents to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, show their love and affection in subtle ways.

This Valentine's Day, we look back on some of Middleton and Prince William's most recent sweet moments together in the photos below.

During this Sunday's BAFTAs, Prince William and Middleton walked in looking like a Disney prince and princess arriving at the ball. The royal couple shared a giggle as they headed to their seats as they were greeted with a respectful silence. "It's so quiet!" Kate was heard telling her husband, Hello! reported.

During the ceremony, the two shared a sweet moment together while they were sitting down. Middleton and Prince William had a conversation, with the prince leaning in to listen to what she had to say as she smiled back at her husband.

In December, Middleton and Prince William visited the homeless charity The Passage and Evelina London Children's hospital, of which the duchess has been named patron, according to Daily Mail. During their visit at the hospital, the duke and duchess were all smiles as they took part in making arts and crafts.

Middleton helped make bead bracelets and said that their daughter, Princess Charlotte, would "love" joining in and making the accessories.

Meanwhile, the prince was asked to make a sign that says "Welcome to Xmas Dinner." However, it seems Prince William isn't as gifted as his wife, who has a degree in art history from St. Andrews University, when it comes to arts and crafts. Middleton just laughed when she saw what he was making, and Prince William explained to their companions that she's the "artsy one" between them.

During Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank's royal wedding back in October 2018, Prince William and Middleton showed some rare PDA. Prince William was photographed putting a hand on Middleton's back.

The couple was also spotted holding hands during the wedding ceremony. Prince William held on to his wife's hand, which she placed underneath the duke's. They both rested their intertwined hands gently on top of his knee.
