Princess Charlotte is not as shy as her big brother and already shows signs that she's idolizes her mom, Kate Middleton.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's eldest child, 5-year-old Prince George, is a shy boy, but his younger sister is very different in terms of personality. Princess Charlotte loves to get involved.

An insider told Us Weekly that the 3-year-old princess is "very bubbly," noting that "she's definitely the biggest character of the three children at the moment." The source also added that Princess Charlotte loves to play hostess at their home.

"She’ll come up to guests and ask them if they want tea or coffee or offer them sweets — so adorable!" the source said.

Queen Elizabeth II also revealed earlier that Princess Charlotte rules over her big brother. Back in January, the monarch met a 10-year-old school girl, Emily Clay, who won a Bible signed by the Queen for a school religious education project. The Queen asked Emily if she looked after her 6-year-old sister. Emily's mom replied, "it's the other way around." Queen Elizabeth II responded, "It's like that with Charlotte and George."

Prince William and Middleton have always wanted their children to grow up in a normal environment and try their best to make it happen. In fact, just like regular moms and dads, they drive Prince George to school.

"William and Kate very much prioritize bringing up the children in as normal an environment as possible over anything else," the source said. "They haven't lost sight of that."

At the moment, Prince George is attending school at Thomas's Battersea in London. He is expected to have a busy year with daily assignments. The little prince will have to complete 10 minutes of reading every night and a spelling rule or pattern will be sent to him weekly.

Prince George's year-long curriculum includes English, math, science, history, geography and religious studies. He will also take French, computing, art/design, technology, music, ballet, P.E. and drama for his special subjects.

Meanwhile, Princess George returned to school on Sept. 6. Meanwhile, Princess Charlotte started her nursery classes a day earlier. Prince William and Middleton were expected to drop their kids for their first day of school. However, the royals didn't release any back to school photos at this time.

According to People, Prince William and Middleton will not release first day of school photos every year. They want their kids to enjoy their privacy at school, but the family will share their significant milestone.
