Rob Kardashian is happier and healthier as he is set to return for the final season of his family’s long-running reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Ahead of “KUWTK” Season 20’s premiere on Thursday, an insider told People that though Rob still likes to stay out of the spotlight, he is now in a good place in his life. This is mainly thanks to his commitment to becoming healthier.

“He is working on his health and seems happy,” the insider said after disclosing that the 34-year-old son of Kris Jenner now “comes along for all the family vacations, but still prefers to stay out of the spotlight.”

Back in June, a source revealed that Kardashian has been “unhappy and embarrassed about the way he looked.” Things have changed since he started working on himself and he has since become more comfortable getting photographed. “He wants people to know that he is doing well,” the source added.

Rob turned 34 on Wednesday, and the Kardashian-Jenner clan reportedly threw a party for him at their momager’s house. The event was exclusive to their family, and so Rob’s daughter Dream, 2, was also there.

Rob’s sisters paid tribute to him on social media on his special day. Kim Kardashian, who is in the process of divorcing Kanye West, shared a photo of her dancing with Rob at her 40th birthday celebration on a private island.

“Happy Birthday Robbie! We’ve made so many amazing memories this last year that will fill my heart for a lifetime. I’ll never forget this night a few months ago dancing the night away (yes people I danced) and our boat & whale and even shark adventures LOL,” the KKW Beauty founder wrote in the caption.

Kourtney Kardashian, the eldest child of Kris Jenner, uploaded a more recent photo she took with her only brother on Instagram. In her caption, she greeted Rob a Happy Birthday and called him her “actual soulmate.”

As for Khloe Kardashian, she opted to share a throwback snap of her and Rob taken when they were kids. She then indicated that Rob has been her “best friend since the minute [he] was born.”

Rob has been one of the main cast members of the reality series since it started, but he left in the 13th season. He returned as a recurring guest star from the 16th up to the 18th season of the show then stayed out of it in the next installment, as per Daily Mail.
