56-year-old Robert Downey Jr. made his Instagram Reels debut in style by showcasing his martial arts moves. The "Iron Man" star -- who celebrated his birthday Sunday -- took to Instagram to share a video clip of him and his trainer, Sifu Eric Oram, practicing martial arts.

"First Reel?! Here we go! Here’s a couple of weeks back with Sifu Eric Oram! #WorkoutDowneyJr," Downey Jr. captioned. The actor had a black mask on his face while the trainer was unmasked. Both of them stood at a safe distance as they practiced the moves.

The actor donned a gray sweatshirt and black track pants. The mask matched the color of his track pants.

Fans showered the actor with love and support as he entered the world of Instagram Reels. One of the fans referred to "The Avengers" star and wrote, "workout 3000," while another fan asked, "I see a few Ironman movements there... could it be?"

Many other fans addressed him as a "King" in the comment section.

Downey Jr. celebrated his birthday on a king-style Sunday as he wore a crown. He stood in front of a big balloon that read "56" and wore sunglasses indoor.

The “Iron Man” star shared his birthday with the Easter celebration. "Much love and gratitude for all of the birthday well wishes! Many reasons to feel blessed today," he captioned his stylish picture.

The actor is currently working on his highly anticipated mystery thriller, "Sherlock Holmes 3," slated to release in December this year. Previously, the actor also had shared his future plans regarding the franchise based on novels written by Scottish author Arthur Conan Doyle.

"At this point, we really feel that there is not a mystery-verse built out anywhere, and Conan Doyle is the definitive voice in that arena, I think, to this day," he told Fast Company. "So to me, why do a third movie if you’re not going to be able to spin off into some real gems of diversity and other times and elements?"

Besides "Sherlock Holmes," the actor will also appear in the action-adventure movie "Black Widow," starring Scarlett Johansson.
