Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew may have stayed friends after their divorce, but they still won’t arrive at the church for Princess Eugenie’s wedding together.

Rachel Russell, a journalist for Express, noted that Ferguson and Prince Andrew will both be present for their daughter’s big day. However, they won’t be arriving at the venue together, and they won’t also sit next to each other.

It is highly likely for Ferguson to sit beside Princess Beatrice, who will serve as Princess Eugenie’s maid of honor. Prince Andrew, on the other hand, will walk Princess Eugenie down the aisle.

In May, Ferguson attended Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding. She arrived at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle by herself. Prince Andrew arrived with Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie a few minutes later. Inside the venue, Ferguson didn’t sit beside her daughters and ex-husband because she is no longer married to Prince Andrew.

The couple, who tied the knot at Westminster Abbey on July 23, 1986, divorced in May 1996.

In July, Katie Nicholl, a royal biographer for Vanity Fair, said that even though Ferguson and Prince Andrew may not sit beside each other at Princess Eugenie’s wedding, they are teaming up to help organize their daughter’s after-party.

“Sarah and Andrew are helping to organize the evening party. The plan is for a marquee to be set up in the grounds and dancing late into the night. Eugenie and Jack are planning the whole thing, but Sarah and Andrew are very involved. Sarah is bringing a very eclectic and exciting guest list to Windsor,” she said.

And speaking of the guest list, Princess Eugenie invited 850 guests from the public to attend her royal wedding. Her union with Jack Brooksbank is also expected to be bigger than Prince Harry and Markle’s nuptials. Some celebrity guests who may attend include George and Amal Clooney, Ellie Goulding, Cressida Bonas, Chelsy Davy, David and Victoria Beckham, Robbie Williams, and more.
