Sarah Ferguson could no longer contain her excitement over Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s upcoming wedding.

Laura Mowat, a journalist for Express, said that the mom of two burst with pride when she paid tribute to the 28-year-old princess and her fiancé. She also released a thank you card to a well-wisher.

“As you may well guess we are all very excited and thrilled to welcome Jack into our family. Eugenie and Jack make a beautiful couple: full of love, kindness, and fun. They light up the room when they enter. We are so lucky that they found one another. Thank you for your kindness and loyalty over the years. Bestest wishes, Sarah,” she wrote.

The card, which also featured Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank’s engagement photo, was uploaded via the Instagram account of royalseuropaletters. The Instagram account was created following the birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s third child Prince Louis.

In related news, Ferguson has spoken positively about Brooksbank. During her appearance on the One Show, she said, “Jack is really sort of an amazing bringer of light and he brings joy. I say to Jack always just stay yourself and I’d say that to anybody what else can you do in life.”

Prince Andrew’s ex-wife also said that she now understands why moms cry at their daughter’s wedding. She said that she is gearing up for an emotional day on Oct. 12. Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank will tie the knot at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.

The royal wedding is expected to be bigger than Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s nuptials since Princess Eugenie invited 800 guests to her special day. She will also have a carriage procession and two receptions just like the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank’s first reception will be held at St. George’s Hall. And their second reception will take place at the Royal Lodge. Prince Andrew will finance both gatherings.
