  • Scott Disick does not see himself settling down with someone anytime soon
  • An insider said that Disick is not at all looking for a serious romance at this point
  • Disick allegedly cut ties with some of his pals and only kept a few in his inner circle

Scott Disick is not thinking of settling down anytime soon despite Kourtney Kardashian's engagement.

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" stars had an on-again, off-again relationship for 10 years. Even if Disick dated several women after their split, he admitted that he still wants her back. However, the chances of reconciliation are slim because Kourtney already said "yes" to Travis Barker's proposal.

Multiple outlets claimed that Disick was having a hard time accepting Kourtney's engagement. A few months ago, he split from Amelia Gray Hamlin, 23, and then just last month, he was spotted with 23-year-old model Elizabeth Grace Lindley. An unnamed source spoke with Us Weekly and said that the Talentless founder still has no plans to settle down in the near future.

"Don’t be fooled — if he’s spotted with a new girl, it isn’t someone he’s serious about," the insider told the outlet.

"[He] isn’t in a rush to settle down with anyone special any time soon," the source added. The tipster noted that Disick isn't putting himself out there to meet new people.

Disick's friends described him as a "loner." He also allegedly disconnected from many of his pals and only kept a few in his inner circle.

Disick is still part of the Kardashian-Jenner's new reality show on Hulu. He was spotted filming with the Kardashian momager, Kris Jenner, after news of Kourtney's engagement made the headlines.

The Kardashian-Jenner family members were not surprised with Kourtney and Barker's engagement. They also told Disick that it was likely to happen. However, Disick was still having a hard time accepting it.

"He knew it was possible but is very jealous of Kourtney and Travis’ relationship," a source told Us Weekly in October. "Scott still thinks that they could call things off before the wedding."

In an episode of "KUWTK" in 2017, Disick opened up to Kourtney's sister, Kim Kardashian. He admitted that he felt "kind of insecure" when he saw Kourtney dating again after their split. He said that he was worried about his place in the Kardashian-Jenner family should Kourtney tie the knot with someone else.

"Like if Kourtney met somebody, fell in love, got married, and then everyone's like 'Eh. We have a new Scott. Like we don't really need to be close with him anymore.' Even though I get it. We have kids," he told Kim.
