In a preview for "Revenge Body With Khloé Kardashian" Season 3, Khloé opens up about her post-pregnancy weight loss journey.

In the two-minute clip, the E! host is joined by her mother, Kris Jenner. "You spent so many years getting in the best shape of your life and then you got pregnant," Jenner said. "How did that feel?"

"Well, I gained 40 lbs during my pregnancy and I was 203 pounds when I delivered which blows my mind," Khloé revealed. "You think 'Oh you're going to have a baby and all of it's going to come out' and then you leave the hospital and you're like 'What is going on? Why do I still have all this weight?'"

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, and mother of 1-year-old daughter True, chose to focus on fully immersing herself in motherhood but admitted that she understands how overwhelming it can be to lose the baby weight. "I completely relate to... the daunting thought of 'Gosh now I have to go workout' and 'How, where do I start?'"

After realizing the baby weight wasn't going to lose itself, Khloé put in the work. “As soon as I got clearance from my doctor, I was [in the gym],” she recently told People. “I was so excited to start working out again. Mentally I was there. But physically, I couldn’t do it. I was out of breath. I didn’t know how I was going to get to my end goal.”

The 35-year-old added that she decided to take it slow and focus on one day at a time, saying, "... You’re not going to get it back in a day."

Having gone through the weight loss journey (now twice), Khloé understands the process can be hard and has been helping others with her show "Revenge Body," which is now on its third season.

"It's not just about a hot body," Khloé said in the latest "Revenge Body" trailer. "It's about mind, body, and soul and really changing people from within."

"Revenge Body" Season 3 premieres July 7 at 9 p.m. EST on E!
