Things are getting a little bit of a perfect holiday twist over on Lifetime with the premiere of their newest Christmas film, “A Storybook Christmas,” starring Ali Liebert and Jake Epstein.

Liebert is no stranger to holiday movie fans, having starred in several films across a few different networks. After having a co-star role in Lifetime’s 2006 flick “All She Wants for Christmas,” she later went on to star in ION TV’s 2015 War-themed film “Christmas Truce.” She has most notably done a pair of holiday films over at Hallmark in recent years, starring in both “A Gift To Remember” in 2017 and “A Gift To Cherish” earlier this year.

As for Epstein, he is pulling double duty at Lifetime this year, also starring in the new film “Mistletoe & Menorahs,” but he also had a role in Hallmark’s 2015 film “Charming Christmas” as well. He is likely most recognizable to fans however for his roles as Craig Manning on “Degrassi: The Next Generation,” Chuck Russink on “Designated Survivor” and Brian Altman on “Suits.”

So what will happen when these two holiday film vets team up? According to a synopsis, plenty of surprises and holiday treats.

“If event planner Celeste Everett (Liebert) is going to save her business and give her niece a happy Christmas season, she is going to need help,” the synopsis teases.

However, when she seeks that help, she will wind up not only being surprised by the assistance she receives but what it might just mean for her own holiday as well.

“When the nanny she hires turns out to be a man (Epstein), Celeste surprisingly realizes she may have also found Christmas love for herself,” the synopsis reads.

“A Storybook Christmas” is produced by Reel One Entertainment and airs Friday at 8 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
