The MTV VMAs celebrated all things music Monday night, making it the perfect time for International Business Times to ask stars on the red carpet all about their favorite songs to jam out to.

Summer might be starting to wind down, but it’s not over yet. If you have an end-of-summer or Labor Day Weekend road trip planned, you’re going to need a good playlist to sing along to while driving with the windows down. Luckily, we’ve got you covered with the top song and artist picks from “Home with You” singer Madison Beer, rising rapper Asian Doll and more.

Your perfect Summer Road Trip playlist is right here.

Daft Punk - “Alive”

“‘Alive’ Daft Punk, 2007 version,” Beer said to IBT of what her driving playlist would consist of. “I don’t know, that’s like all I listen to.”

Cardi B - “I Like It”

“I love fresh, current [songs] because I feel like when I’m on a road trip, that’s my chance to be like, ‘What have I missed? What’s going on?’ And some of that stuff just makes you feel so good when you’re driving,” Audie Cornish, host of NPR’s All Things Considered and BuzzFeed’s Profile, told IBT. “I mean, I challenge you to drive with the windows up with Cardi B ‘I Like It.’ You cannot. It’s not possible. And I think that that’s the kind of thing that I like doing. I like it to have that summertime feel.”

Juice WRLD - “Legends”

“My top is Juice WRLD ‘Legends,’” rising rapper Asian Doll told IBT. The song came out earlier this year as part of Juice WRLD’s “Too Soon” EP.

Will Smith - “Summertime”

“This is corny, but Will Smith’s ‘Summertime,’” Cornish said. “[I] still love that song. I just feel like, you [play] it, and, automatically, everyone knows I’m on the road, I wanna be seen, I’m chill, I’ve got a good vibe going on. Yeah, it’s one for the ages.”

J. Cole - “Kevin’ s Heart”

“Loving the new J. Cole,” Lucas Goodman, half of R&B duo Lion Babe, said to IBT. “That ‘Kevin’s Heart’ song.” The music video for the track, which was released in April on Cole’s “KOD” album, starred comedian Kevin Hart.

Playboi Carti feat. Lil Uzi Vert - “Shoota”

Asian Doll’s road trip playlist would also have to include this song off of Playboy Carti’s debut album “Die Lit.”

Ciara - “Level Up”

“I mean, honestly, right now, I’m doing the ‘Level Up’ dance in the bathroom all the time, so I think that song’s getting me hyped,” Lion Babe’s Jillian Hervey said.

Nicki Minaj

The rapper released her new album “Queen” earlier this month and Asian Doll is loving it, which is exactly why it makes her fictional summer road trip playlist.

Snoop Dogg

Hervey and Goodman think Snoop Dogg is a good way to go when looking for road trip music. “Cruising music,” Hervey called his songs. To which Goodman agreed, saying it’s “definitely cruising [music].”

Migos

Asian Doll said she’d have to put “some Migos in there” for sure. While she didn’t specify which tracks would be best, Migos did just happen to drop a new song called “Hot Summer” with DJ Durel.

The Neighbourhood

When she’s not blasting some Daft Punk, Beer also enjoys listening to this indie-rock band. Clearly, they’re a good choice for a summer road trip playlist because even the music video for their 2012 hit song “Sweater Weather” features friends hanging out in a convertible, with the top down, cruising by the beach.

Bob Marley

Aside from some J.Cole, Goodman would “definitely” have to add Bob Marley songs to his driving playlist. With an extensive discography, Marley’s music could help you enjoy even the longest road trip.
