With only three games left in the 2022 NFL playoffs, one team stands out as the betting favorite to win the championship. The Kansas City Chiefs have the best Super Bowl LVI odds after coming to the brink of elimination.

Kansas City leads the way as a +125 favorite at FanDuel Sportsbook to win the Super Bowl. The Los Angeles Rams are second with +210 odds. The San Francisco 49ers are next at +450. The Cincinnati Bengals are given the worst chance to win the title at +800.

The Chiefs survived Sunday’s playoff game against the Buffalo Bills, despite surrendering the lead with 13 seconds left in regulation. Patrick Mahomes drove Kansas City down the field 44 yards on two passes to set up a game-tying field goal before a Travis Kelce touchdown in overtime gave the Chiefs a 42-36 victory.

This marks the fourth straight year that Mahomes and Kansas City will host the AFC Championship Game. They have made the Super Bowl in each of the previous two years.

Cincinnati will visit Kansas City, making its first conference title game appearance since the 1988 season. The Bengals outlasted the Tennessee Titans 19-16 in the divisional playoffs with a game-winning field goal as time expired. Joe Burrow was sacked nine times but completed 28 of 37 passes for 348 yards.

The Bengals are seven-point underdogs against the Chiefs. Cincinnati defeated Kansas City 34-31 in the second-to-last game of the regular season.

The Los Angeles Rams are favored by 3.5 points over the San Francisco 49ers in the 2022 NFC Championship Game. Both teams upset legendary quarterbacks in the divisional playoffs, setting up a third meeting between the NFC West rivals.

San Francisco beat Los Angeles twice in the regular season, including a 27-24 overtime win in Week 18 that put the 49ers in the postseason.

The Rams blew a 27-3 lead against the Buccaneers in the second half with three fumbles and a missed field goal. Just when it looked like Tom Brady would complete another historic comeback, Matthew Stafford connected with Cooper Kupp for a 44-yard pass that set up a game-winning field goal.

The 49ers beat the Packers 13-10 in large part because of a blocked field goal and a blocked punt that was returned for a touchdown. Expected to win his second straight NFL MVP award, Aaron Rodgers was sacked five times and limited to 225 passing yards and no touchdowns against San Francisco’s defense.

Green Bay entered the divisional round as the Super Bowl favorites.

Kansas City beat San Francisco in the 2020 Super Bowl. Los Angeles came up short in the 2019 Super Bowl.
