  • In her new TikTok video, Swift called Gomez a "bad bitch"

Taylor Swift has reunited with Selena Gomez backstage at “Saturday Night Live.” In a new TikTok video shared Saturday evening, Swift and her longtime BFF are shown lip syncing to a comical video previously posted to the social video sharing app.

The short video shows the besties relaxing on a couch backstage, with Swift calling Gomez “a bad bitch.”

“Oh no, my bestie is a bad bitch,” Swift says before the camera pans over to Gomez, who then chuckles off her feet. “OH NO @selenagomez,” the “All Too Well” singer captioned the clip before adding the hashtags, “#SNL” and “#swifttok.”

Swift served as a musical guest during Saturday’s episode of “SNL,” which was hosted by Jonathan Majors. Her guesting came a day after she released “All Too Well (Taylor’s Version).”

The singer posted her first-ever TikTok video back in August. Her first video showed her channeling through the eras of her most recent bodies of work and featured her themed ensembles.

Last Thursday, she appeared on “The Tonight Show” to promote the release of her album “Red (Taylor’s Version)” and made sure to mention Gomez while playing a game of Box of Lies with host Jimmy Fallon. During the game, Swift told Fallon that she had chosen a “Wizards of Waverly Place” DVD during her turn. They then took turns picking up mystery boxes and asking the other player to guess whether or not they’re telling the truth about their contents.

While Fallon guessed that she was not bluffing, Swift admitted she did not have a Disney DVD—only a pair of corn-stuffed binoculars. “You should have known I was lying because I will do anything to bring up Selena Gomez,” she told Fallon. "Anything!”

Swift and Gomez have been longtime friends. Back in 2019, Gomez revealed they first met during an interview with KIIS FM UK.

“We actually dated the Jonas Brothers together! It was hysterical,” she said at the time. “It was amazing, because she was the girl with the big curly hair and all the bracelets and the cowboy boots. And I was definitely up-and-coming, and we just clicked,” she added.
