The top after-market NYSE losers were Box Ships, Spectrum Brands Holdings, AMERIGROUP, Teekay Tankers and Delta Air Lines.

Gainers

Cellcom Israel Ltd. (CEL) shares surged 4.90 percent to $7.28 in post-market trading. The company announced Friday that Shay Livnat, a member of the company's board of directors, resigned from this office effective July 5, 2012. As result, he will not stand for reelection as a director of the company at the upcoming annual general meeting of shareholders.

Parker Drilling Co. (PKD) advanced 1.57 percent to $4.72 in post-market trading. The company stocks plunged more than 4 percent in regular trading.

Patriot Coal Corp. (PCX) shares rose 1.37 percent to $2.22 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 3 percent in regular trading.

Omega Protein Corp. (OME) shares gained 1.29 percent to $8.27 in post-market trading.

Yelp Inc. (YELP) shares advanced 1.24 percent to $25.61 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $14.10, a 52-week high of $31.96 and $1.55 billion in market capitalization.

Losers

Box Ships Inc. (TEU) shares plunged 4.52 percent to $8.03 in post-market trading. The company announced Friday that it was withdrawing its previously announced public offering of 700,000 units, each unit consisting of one 9.75 percent Series B Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Share and one warrant to purchase one of the company's common shares, which were being offered pursuant to the company's effective shelf registration statement.

Spectrum Brands Holdings Inc. (SPB) shares declined 2.11 percent to $34.11 in post-market trading. The company stock surged nearly 4 percent in regular trading.

AMERIGROUP Corp. (AGP) shares fell 1.29 percent to $63.51 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $37.57, a 52-week high of $75.18 and $3.12 billion in market capitalization.

Teekay Tankers Ltd. (TNK) shares declined 1.16 percent to $4.25 in pot-market trading.
